FACTORS AND MULTIPLES

  • A factor of a number is an exact divisor of that number, e.g. factors of 24 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 itself because these numbers can divide 24.
  • 1 is factor of every number.
  • A multiple of a number is obtained by multiplying the number by natural numbers, e.g. the multiples of 4 are 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24,.... etc.

What is an Euler trail ? An Euler trail ( Euler path ) is a trail in a finite graph which visits every edge exactly once. An Euler trail is a walk on the edges of a graph which uses each edge exactly once. Euler trail is also called an Euler chain , Euler walk , Euler path .
